Honey is often an overlooked food that has numerous vitamins, minerals, and natural sugar that assists in a healthy living. Honey has a healthy Glycemic Index (GI), this means that it the sugars can be slowly absorbed into the bloodstream resulting in a clean digestion. Honey also contains some natural vitamins and minerals, this assists the metabolizing of unwanted fatty acid and cholesterol on the organs and tissues into the body, this helps keep weight off because the body is working.

Rest time should be as needed, but make sure enough time is taken, the heavy weight wears down the muscles quickly. Use a weight that is heavy but able to move relatively quick.
