Fit Up Barrell Drill
One of the greatest keys to success for any linemen is being able to quickly and correctly fit up an opponent as soon as the ball is snapped. Lineman can no longer afford to make blundering mistakes, rather they must be quick and precise because they are the backbone of any high powered offense. This drill is a building block towards becoming a great offensive linemen. By consistently working your stance and technique you will develop a base that will give you leverage over any opponent.
