What percentage of your game do you believe to be mental? 10 percent? 20 percent? 70 maybe 80 percent? In a survey of professional baseball players more than half reported that the mental aspect of the game was 50 percent or greater.

If you think back to some of your best and worst performances how much did you differ physically? How much did you differ mentally?

Studies have shown that mental training improves performance not only in sports but in quality of life, however building mental toughness takes time and effort just like building physical muscle.
